The AEROresc EASY Splint Set 1 (also referred to by the manufacturer HUM with article number HIMT02-SP-SET1) is a 4-piece set of malleable, universal splints with an accompanying storage bag. These lightweight splints are used for the rapid immobilization of limbs in cases of fractures, sprains, or trauma.

Set contents

The set contains four folded splints in various sizes:

1x Large splint (XL): 100 x 11 cm (suitable for legs or arms)
1x Medium splint (M): 50 x 11 cm (suitable for forearms or ankles)
2x Finger splint (XS): 5 x 11 cm
1x Compact storage bag (dimensions approx. 17 x 12 cm)

Key features

Construction: The splints consist of a 4 mm thick aluminum core covered with comfortable, soft polyethylene foam (IXPE).
Flexible & Adaptable: You can easily bend and shape the splint to the affected body part. The structure becomes extra rigid once a curve is bent into it. If necessary, the material can be cut to size with scissors.
Hygienic & Reusable: The exterior is fluid-repellent (blood, sweat, wound exudate) and easy to clean or disinfect for multiple uses.
Color-coding: The splints have a blue patient side (with a texture for better air circulation and grip) and a yellow outer side.
Medically functional: The material is completely radiolucent (X-ray), allowing the splint to remain in place during X-rays in the hospital.

The set is designed to be compact and is ideal for use in medical emergency services (ambulances, first aid kits), at sports clubs, or during outdoor activities.
