The "Premium" Fire Shirt in the international wildland firefighting color "yellow" with navy blue inserts is flame-retardant thanks to its material composition of aramid and Lenzing® FR, and antistatic due to the use of Belltron®. Aramid also ensures high strength, making the material robust. Perfect fit thanks to the navy blue inserts made of wear-resistant woven fabric and the high-quality cut. High level of comfort thanks to integrated moisture management, keeping the body pleasantly dry despite perspiration and extreme exertion. The shirt also features integrated shoulder pads and a hook-and-loop and zipper closure at the center front, allowing for various collar styles. Hook-and-loop strips for patches on the chest and upper arms, as well as an attached pocket for a logbook/mobile phone and highly elastic cuffs. Features an extended back panel. The base material and woven fabric are certified according to DIN EN ISO 11612:2015 Code: A1, B1, C1 and EN 1149-5:2018.

FLAME-RETARDANT

comazo|protect relies on aramid for fire protection. The special yarn consists of approximately 115 individual fibers, making it extremely strong. Aramid fibers, such as 'Kermel', are the optimal solution for workwear that guides you through fire. In addition to their exceptional heat and fire resistance, they are also resistant to acids, alkalis, and other corrosive liquids. The aramid fiber also impresses with its various longitudinal and transverse directions. This effectively prevents the transfer of heat. The flame-retardant material has no melting point. Burns caused by melting material are therefore excluded. The material only chars at temperatures above 400 °C.

ANTISTATIC

This product is antistatic and is part of our special range for work and protective clothing. It reduces and prevents the static charging of objects, which is particularly important when working in the chemical industry or in refineries. Furthermore, it offers protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc. The combination of excellent electrostatic properties and protection against electric arcs is crucial for the safety of your employees and an indispensable component of modern protective clothing.

MOISTURE MANAGEMENT

Moisture management makes sweating during sports or work more tolerable for you. The fibers used are distinguished by their extremely hydrophobic properties.
