These flame-retardant trousers feature a high-quality, flat-seam finish for optimal wearing comfort. The flat, extra-long trouser legs ensure the trousers do not have to be tucked into boots. These trousers are certified according to DIN EN ISO 11612, EN 1149-5, flame-retardant thanks to the use of aramid and Lenzing® FR, and antistatic thanks to Belltron®.

Flame-retardant:

comazo|protect relies on aramid for fire protection. This special yarn consists of approximately 115 individual fibers and is therefore extremely strong. Aramid fibers, such as "Kermel", are the ideal solution for protective workwear that is resistant to fire. In addition to their exceptional heat and fire resistance, they are also resistant to acids, bases, and other corrosive liquids. The aramid fiber also impresses with its various longitudinal and transverse directions, which effectively prevents heat transfer. The flame-retardant material has no melting point. Burns from melting material are therefore impossible. The material only chars at temperatures above 400 °C.

Antistatic:

This product is antistatic and is part of our special range for workwear and protective clothing. It reduces and prevents static charge of objects, which is particularly important during work in the chemical industry or refineries. It also offers protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc. The combination of excellent electrostatic properties and arc protection is crucial for the safety of your employees and an indispensable part of modern protective clothing.

Sweat management:

Sweat management makes perspiration during sports or work more tolerable. The fibers used are characterized by their extremely water-repellent properties. Thanks to an advanced fabric, sweat is transported directly to the outside, preventing wet and uncomfortable skin.
