Description
The AEROresc EASY Splint XL (HIMT02-SP-XL-SET) is a flexible, moldable universal splint from the manufacturer: HUM. This extra-large splint (100 x 11 cm) is used in medical emergency services to quickly and reliably immobilize limbs in case of suspected fractures or injuries.
Key features:
- Material and core: The splint is constructed from a moldable aluminum core encased in soft, comfortable polyethylene foam (IXPE).
- Size: This specific XL model measures 100 x 11 cm and is supplied folded.
- Hygiene & Practicality: The material is fluid-repellent (against blood, sweat, and secretions), easy to clean, and reusable. Furthermore, the splint can be cut to size as required.
- Color coding: The outer side is striking yellow and the textured patient side is blue (for better grip and air circulation).
- Medical use: The splint is completely radiolucent, allowing it to remain in place during X-ray examinations in the hospital.
Applications
