Spencer STX-499 Universal Adjustable Thorax Belt

This extendable shoulder harness system optimizes patient stability. The system consists of four adjustable straps, two for the thorax and two for the shoulders, which are attached separately to the frame of the stretcher backrest.

They are fastened in the center with a metal SCR quick-release buckle with a cold-formed chrome-plated metal support. The belt is anchored to the stretcher backrest and can be used with many existing stretchers.
