Base of the head immobilizer 2.0

The base of the head immobilizer features a cutout to accommodate the patient's head. The upper Velcro strap, which is fed through the designated loop, allows the device to be secured to the stretcher when the patient is placed in a semi-seated position. By also feeding the two side Velcro straps through their respective slots, the device can be securely attached to spine boards ("11.2 Application of the device to other spine boards").
