The Petzl Vertex Vent Hi-Viz safety helmet is a comfortable helmet with a textile suspension and adjustable ventilation openings. Thanks to its fluorescent color, phosphorescent clips, and reflective bands, you remain highly visible day and night. Suitable for work at height and on the ground. Adjust the chin strap resistance to suit your work situation. When the vents are closed, it is suitable for use around fire and molten material.

How to adjust the Dual chin strap

Ensure high resistance when working at height. Above 50 daN, there is a lower risk of losing your helmet. When working on the ground, adjust the chin strap to a looser setting. Keep the resistance below 25 daN. This increases the chance of being able to breathe freely if the strap gets caught on something.
