1. Toepassingsgebied
Deze algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle verkopen van AB-Technics BV, ongeacht het verkoopkanaal: fysieke verkoop in het verkoopspunt, online verkoop via shop.abtechnics.be, of directe verkoop via enig ander kanaal. Afwijkingen zijn enkel geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen.
2. Prijzen en offertes
Alle prijzen zijn exclusief btw en andere heffingen, tenzij anders vermeld. Offertes zijn vrijblijvend en geldig gedurende 30 dagen, tenzij anders vermeld.
3. Levering
Levertermijnen worden steeds indicatief meegedeeld. Vertraging in levering kan geen aanleiding geven tot schadevergoeding of ontbinding van de overeenkomst. Voor online bestellingen geldt dat het risico overgaat op de koper op het ogenblik van levering aan het opgegeven adres.
4. Eigendomsvoorbehoud
Alle geleverde goederen blijven eigendom van AB-Technics BV tot volledige betaling van hoofdsom, interesten en kosten.
5. Betalingsvoorwaarden
Facturen zijn betaalbaar binnen 14 dagen na factuurdatum, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen. Bij niet-betaling op de vervaldag is automatisch en zonder ingebrekestelling een nalatigheidsinterest verschuldigd van 10% per jaar, vermeerderd met een forfaitaire schadevergoeding van 10% van het factuurbedrag, met een minimum van €150.
6. Klachten
Klachten dienen schriftelijk gemeld te worden binnen 8 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen of factuur. Na deze termijn worden leveringen en facturen geacht aanvaard te zijn.
7. Aansprakelijkheid
De aansprakelijkheid van AB-Technics BV is beperkt tot de factuurwaarde van de geleverde goederen of diensten. Indirecte schade en gevolgschade worden uitgesloten.
8. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechtbank
Alle overeenkomsten vallen onder Belgisch recht. Enkel de rechtbanken van Antwerpen, afdeling Turnhout, zijn bevoegd bij geschillen.

1. Champ d’application
Les présentes conditions générales de vente s’appliquent à toutes les ventes effectuées par AB-Technics BV, quel que soit le canal: vente physique au point de vente, vente en ligne via shop.abtechnics.be, ou vente directe par tout autre canal. Toute dérogation doit être confirmée par écrit.
2. Prix et offres
Tous les prix s’entendent hors TVA et autres taxes, sauf indication contraire. Les offres sont sans engagement et valables 30 jours, sauf mention contraire.
3. Livraison
Les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif. Un retard ne peut donner lieu ni à une indemnisation ni à la résolution du contrat. Pour les ventes en ligne, le risque est transféré à l’acheteur dès la livraison à l’adresse indiquée.
4. Réserve de propriété
Tous les biens livrés restent la propriété d’AB-Technics BV jusqu’au paiement intégral du montant principal, des intérêts et des frais.
5. Conditions de paiement
Les factures sont payables dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de la date de facture, sauf accord écrit contraire. En cas de non-paiement à l’échéance, un intérêt de retard de 10% par an est dû de plein droit, majoré d’une indemnité forfaitaire de 10% du montant de la facture, avec un minimum de 150 €.
6. Réclamations
Les réclamations doivent être communiquées par écrit dans les 8 jours suivant la réception des biens ou de la facture. Passé ce délai, les livraisons et factures sont réputées acceptées.
7. Responsabilité
La responsabilité d’AB-Technics BV est limitée à la valeur facturée des biens ou services fournis. Les dommages indirects ou consécutifs sont exclus.
8. Droit applicable et juridiction compétente
Tous les contrats sont soumis au droit belge. Seuls les tribunaux d’Anvers, division Turnhout, sont compétents en cas de litige.

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all sales by AB-Technics BV, regardless of the sales channel: physical sales at the retail point, online sales via shop.abtechnics.be, or direct sales through any other channel. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2. Prices and quotations
All prices are exclusive of VAT and other charges, unless stated otherwise. Quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are always indicative. Delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement. For online sales, risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery at the indicated address.
4. Retention of title
All delivered goods remain the property of AB-Technics BV until full payment of the principal amount, interest, and costs has been received.
5. Payment terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment on the due date, a default interest of 10% per year shall apply automatically and without notice, plus a lump-sum compensation of 10% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of €150.
6. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods or invoice. After this period, deliveries and invoices are deemed accepted.
7. Liability
The liability of AB-Technics BV is limited to the invoiced value of the delivered goods or services. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
8. Applicable law and competent court
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Antwerp, Turnhout division, shall have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
